Many items offered through Honey Needle are handmade, made-to-order, custom, or one-of-a-kind creations. Due to the nature of these products, slight variations in color, texture, materials, sizing, and craftsmanship may occur and are considered part of the unique character of handmade work.
Order Processing
Each creator is responsible for producing and fulfilling their own orders. Processing times may vary depending on the complexity of the design, materials used, and creator workload. Estimated processing times are provided by individual creators whenever possible.
Shipping
Shipping timelines vary by creator and location. Honey Needle is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs processing, weather conditions, or other circumstances outside of our control.
Customers are responsible for ensuring that all shipping information provided at checkout is accurate and complete.
Returns & Refunds
Due to the custom, handmade, and made-to-order nature of many products sold on Honey Needle, all sales are generally considered final.
Refunds, returns, and exchanges are not guaranteed and are subject to the creator's individual policies.
Order Issues
If you receive an item that:
Arrives damaged
Contains a significant defect
Differs substantially from the product description
Contains an undisclosed stain, tear, or material flaw
We encourage you to first contact the creator directly to attempt to resolve the issue.

Cancellations
Order cancellations may only be accepted before production has begun and are subject to the creator's discretion.
Once work has started on a custom or handmade piece, cancellations may not be available.

Creators are responsible for accurately describing their products, production timelines, sizing information, materials, and customization options.
Honey Needle reserves the right to remove creators, listings, or products that violate marketplace policies.

Honey Needle serves as a platform connecting customers and independent creators. While we strive to maintain a high-quality marketplace, Honey Needle does not manufacture products and is not directly responsible for the production or fulfillment of individual orders.
